Mit dem Auto: Von St.Moritz/Samedan kommend in erste Einfahrt nach Pontresina einbiegen, Restaurant Giardin und BMW Garage passieren. Die Chesa Piz Alv liegt 100 Meter nach der BMW Garage rechts von der Strasse. Die Tiefgarage liegt auf der unteren, flusswärts gerichteten Seite des Hauses. Zur Wohnung gehört der Garagenplatz 34.
Mit Bahn/Bus: Anfahrt mit der RHB z.B. von Chur nach Samedan. In Samedan umsteigen auf den Bus nach Pontresina (Haltestelle dorfwärts vor dem Bahnhof). Fahrt mit dem Bus bis „Pontresina Sportpavillion“. 150m Richtung Dorf finden Sie rechterhand die Chesa Piz Alv.
